The thing I like most about iced coffee is that it can be enjoyed anywhere and at anytime during the year. Whether a hot summer day on the deck or cold winter day by the fireplace, iced coffee is one of those drinks without limitation. In this easy recipe, I will show you how to make the best iced coffee there is with little effort. If you are interested in cold brew coffee instead, check out my blog French Press Cold Brew here.

  • 6 cups of filtered water
  • 1 ¼ cup of ground Apricitas African Espresso Blend
  • 1 quart of ice
  • Your choice of milk
  • Sweetener (to taste)

  1. Fill your coffeemaker reservoir to the 6-cup mark with filtered water
  2. Brew 1 ¼ cups of medium ground Apricitas African Espresso Blend
  3. Allow your brewed coffee to cool to room temperature.
  4. Fill a half gallon pitcher, then pour the coffee over it.
  5. Chill for several hours.
  6. Fill your glass with 2/3 ice, half iced coffee concentrate, and the other half with milk.
  7. Sweeten to taste and savor your refreshing glass of iced coffee!

 Yields approximately 2 quarts

Our Cold Brew Blend also makes great iced coffee. Grind your beans for drip coffeemaker instead of French press ground.
