Your satisfaction is always priority one. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your order and this is your first time ordering with us, we offer a full refund and you keep the coffee. However, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order for a refund. After 72 hours, we will offer store credit. If this is not your first time ordering with us and there is an issue, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will assist you in the best way.
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be approved after 48 hours, however, contact us and we will work out other options for you.
