Returns:

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. However, if you receive a damaged item/order, send us a picture of it within 48 hours of delivery and you will have the option of a refund or a replaced item at no additional cost to you.

This policy in no way affects the 14-day money back guarantee.

For best results store your coffee in an opaque, airtight container. Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct light.
